1. Check your email
After you order, you'll get a confirmation email. Once your figure ships, you'll get a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow it.
2. Check your order status online
Sign in to your order page with the email you used at checkout to see your order status and tracking details.
3. Still stuck?
Figures are made to order, so it can take a while before tracking appears. If you have questions, send us a message with your order number and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
